Osteopathy is a whole-person approach to healthcare. It uses evidence-based, hands-on treatment to relieve discomfort and pain or promote recovery from injury.
Osteopathy in Dulwich opened in 2009, quickly proving itself as a practice for patient-centred treatment and rehabilitation anchored by our long our established sister branch Pilates in Dulwich, who since 2000 has been supporting folks movement health.
We have a particular interest in supporting folks with long-standing and complex health and movement conditions.
I qualified as an osteopath in 2009, followed by extensive postgraduate studies including cranial and classical osteopathy, pain science, rehabilitation, women’s health and training in paediatrics at the world-famous Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy in London (aka Osteopathic Centre for Children – OCC).
Previously, I completed my UK training and certification with Body Control Pilates (BCP) in 2000; BCP is one of the leading education providers for Pilates teacher training and the most significant professional Pilates organisation outside the USA.
