Whether you’re seeking greater ease and freedom in your body, recovering from injury, surgery, or illness, or looking to enhance your movement or exercise, Osteopathy in Dulwich offers a compassionate, supportive space where your unique needs and goals are at the heart of care.
Since its opening in 2009, Osteopathy in Dulwich has built a strong reputation for patient-centred care and effective rehabilitation. It was established as the clinical branch of the long-standing Pilates in Dulwich, which has supported the movement health and recovery of thousands since 2000.
We take an integrated approach, combining evidence-informed, whole-person care and hands-on treatment with tailored movement strategies and a psychologically informed understanding of pain and recovery. Our goal is to help you alleviate discomfort, minimise pain, and promote sustainable healing wherever you are in your journey.
As a multi-award-winning practice, we welcome people of all ages and life experiences, including adults, teenagers, children, and babies and take particular care in supporting those with long-standing or more complex health and movement challenges.
I qualified as an osteopath in 2009, followed by extensive postgraduate studies including cranial and classical osteopathy, pain science, rehabilitation, women’s health and training in paediatrics at the world-famous Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy in London (aka Osteopathic Centre for Children – OCC).
Previously, I completed my UK training and certification with Body Control Pilates (BCP) in 2000; BCP is one of the leading education providers for Pilates teacher training and the most significant professional Pilates organisation outside the USA.
